One More Time - Please redownload the Patch Hak

Post by Jordicus » Sun Jun 06, 2004 2:09 am

Themicles was able to find and quickly resolve the issue with the short swords that was causing some people to crash.

Direct link: http://www.epignosis.info/e107_files/do ... _patch.rar

if that doesn't seem to work, my site seems to be having some DNS routing issues recently so try this instead:
http://gemini.mesopia.com/~jordicus/e10 ... _patch.rar

this is a replacement for the earlier version of the CoPaP Patch Hak. it is identical in size, so the only difference you will see is a date change.

thanks for your patience as we iron out all these small issues.

Gairus: The green fellow was screwing with my sleep patterns
Hell_Fire: You mean your boss?

Pekarion: where can we get these.. robes If I may ask? :d
Hell_Fire: you can get them if you yell out DAGATH SUCKS on the DM channel ;)
Wulgara|SaintOfTheCone: I've found that yelling "Dagath sucks" on the DM channel actually just turns you into a penguin. Hell, I've found that smarting off to Hylia does that, too. :-P

Edit: This is the correct order for the toolset I believe. If not post again and I will re-edit. (This stuff confuses me easily)
copap_patch.hak
coPaPHak4_2.hak
cep1patch.hak
cep2da.hak
cepanatomy.hak
cepbaseitem.hak
cepcreature.hak
cepplace.hak
cepportrait.hak
ceptexture.hak
UniversalHak_4_2.hak
Plus remember to use the 3.3 copap tlk file.

copap_patch.hak ALWAYS goes ON TOP. Otherwise, the files it is patching, override it, instead of it overriding them.

So dumb this down for me (and others equally hopeless ;)). We extract them in this order, what happens if we haven't do we simply extract in the order over the top?

Don't wory about the order. Simply over write your existing file. The order is only an issue if you're building parts of Avlis with the toolset.

The Full Installer was rebuilt and uploaded last night with the latest patch included. These should now be available on our mirror download websites.
