New version of NWNX VaultSTER running on modules

A new version of NWNXVaultSTER is now being used to connect Avlis and Mythos. It has a couple of improvements. Most notably, it now allows more than one person to portal at the same time. Many thanks to Jeroen for staying up way into the night to make sure that he would not rest until he knew it was working.
