As for your suggestions:

Tossing of people from heights and bets on the splatter radius. This is what the 'not Maidens' already do. So we are confused why you don't want them there. Unless you don't want to share the proceeds from the book.

Given the theme is courtly and lords and ladies. It is reasonable to assume that punishment will be handed out and your
suggestions of punishments are greatly welcome.

Booze? It is trade fair! Those go hand in hand.

As for naked grease wrestling, you are welcome to organize such activities at the fair yourself.
