The Board of Directors Officers are voted on by the Board as a whole yearly, as written into the by-laws. In our continued effort towards transparency the Board and its affiliates are pleased post the results of this year's voting.

Over the course of the past year a few small changes have been made to better solidify each position's role in the corporation, and inherently, in Avlis and its future.
The most evident change is the addition of the Vice President of Technology position; this was instituted as FOIG, Inc. took over the forums and it became apparent we would need someone in an executive role to manage and over see ongoing and future projects. We have also added liaison to the role of President, whomever is in that position will now be in charge of communication with Avlis and CoPap on behalf of FOIG, Inc. The addition of liaison became notably necessary as we worked to get the inter-world portals back up and running.
