there are a few instances where it does seem to be difficult to navigate where the hills meet other tiles. You can usually get around that by either using the keyboard as you said, or moving sideways a little and then moving forward again.

as for the fishing, I'll double check later, but there are many, many more fishing spots in Ferrell, let alone the port... :P

Got a chance to check it out and it's SUPER keen! Got a question though...

Did anyone else experience of plane of green light that would tend to faze in and out of existence if you stood in front of certain buildings and moved the camera to clip them in and out of frame? I noticed it in a few different places like the building on the north edge of the "Eastern Farmlands" and one of the "non-alleway" buildings inside the fort itself.

Ooh, and there's a flying tree here or there. Ain't the toolset grand? *grin*

Bye Now,
Jerry Cornelius - Still, pretty nifty over all.

Some of us also noticed the large ammounts of mellowsmoke weed available. Are they related to your observations. :D :D

I got the clipping errors in the Little Falls area, depending on how you clip the falls.

The whole apple discussion aside, I do think that the area needs a few more heavily wooded areas, and not the clump of trees type wood, but single placed trees here and there for effect.

Walnut trees also come to mind, since there are walnuts in the template, if I'm not mistaken, and in most fiction, halflings like to eat nuts and berries. (What's with Roseberry Gorve not having that many roseberry bushes? There should be a SHRUBBERY in there!)
<Sili> I've seen septic tanks with less shit in them than Fuzz.

<Ronnin> damm not even a kiss??
<Chasmania> Kiss Fuzz? I'd rather fellate a goat.

<Chasmania> there are many roads to Rome..they just picked a shit filled alley full of scabby hookers and bums.

The shape of things to come...

Please..

If you find things that need to be fixed (as some have done) please post them under the Bugs forum, instead of here in the News forum.

Thanks. :P

Man, all that free mellowsmoke laying around is going to put my sack-slinging bard out of buisness!!!

Seriously, nice work on the server. It looks great so far and can only get better I'd imagine.

Just been to Ferrell with Merago and Wren, who very kindly showed a poor uninitiated human around. Despite the fact that I called their homes a "hole", the experience was most pleasureable !!

Basically ........ it's fantastic !! I love the waterfall, I love the castle towers, I love the tower at the docks (for obvious reasons), I absolutely LOVE the hobbit holes (er .. I mean homes).

When Aradan starts looking for a nice place to settle down, I think he now knows where that will be !!

A great job, and will only improve with the content to come. Can't wait !
