Bioware Scheduled downtime for Sunday

Well this might explain my failure to play today. I am actually happy as not long ago I had lost my main character, Otho Wolf, for about a week until I got him restored. Here I am in about the same spot I lost him before as I was going to collect some t'nanshi creeper leaves and I get dumped to windows. At least I am hoping that this is why I can't play today. I guess it's a good time to catch up on the list of things the wife claims I should be doing instead of playing on Avlis. My happiness level is lowering by the minute.

um... this down time was for a month and a half ago. there may be another reason, but this isn't it... Unless I'm missing something.

Your right I guess i just hoped it was something else. I don't know what it is now. I sign on and see a brief half second of the player vault screen and then get immediately dumped back to windows. I can't play any of my characters at all or make a new one. Any suggestions as to where the problem might be. For some reason my problem started after i zoned from le'or server to dwarfhome in the wilderness. Last time I lost my main player it happened in the same spot almost but I was still able to play my other characters or make a new one while i waited for them to restore Otho Wolf from a previous save.

My initial thoughts are that your Vault has become badly corrupted though I can't check because my computer won't let me check the Vaults after the latest Java update.

Thanks I appreciate it. I posted on the thread which got me restored last time. Odd that i couldn't at least create a new character from scratch to play though but I don't even have that option.

I saw this post and didn't even try to log in Sunday. I missed that it was an old thread that got bumped until now.
