CEP Coming Soon!

Post by Jordicus » Sat May 15, 2004 1:05 pm

Ok everyone. Within 1 to 2 weeks Avlis should be ready to update to the CEP. We are working now to get all the last minute kinks out of the update, so in the meantime you need to make sure you have:

1) Downloaded the CEP

2) Patched the CEP up to version 1.01b

if you have already previously downloaded the CEP and still have version 1.00, there is a small patch you can download which will update it for you. If you have not yet downloaded the CEP at all, simply get the 1.01b version.

These are available here: http://www.nwncep.com

I also have a copy of the Windows Patch here for those who are interested: http://www.epignosis.info/download.php?view.64

Now, when we make the final announcement that we will be shortly updating to CEP, there will also be some addition CoPaP/Avlis downloads you will need. DO NOT look for these now as there will be some changes to them in the next week or two.

Thanks

The cep patch 1.01b is the same as 1.01. right?

I was just wondering that what is the meaning of this "b"...I never found any patch with "b".

all the files I have, both the automatic patch, manual patch and full set area all marked as 1.01b, so I would just double check to make sure.

it should say in the "readme.txt" file that was included in the files you downloaded

EDIT: please stop cluttering this thread. take the time and check the readme as I already stated. it will tell you the exact version that you already have.
