Player Handbook and Website Updates

Post by Manuel the White » Thu Apr 15, 2004 4:07 am

Hats off to Deider and the gang for completing the newest revision of the Player Handbook. Much of the updates were a direct result of community feedback which is much appreciated. Thanks! The Deific Chart and Demigod webpages have been updated to include the deity Cha'reth. There are also two lorewardens hard at work on the Races and Expanded History areas of the Avlis World documentation. Thanks go to Vichan and GreyLynx for their hard work. All of these contributions give Avlis great depth and provide a distinct sense of realism that we all can enjoy.

First of all - excellent work to all involved !! I can see this really helping newbies when they start out (as well as some useful tips for oldies too).

However - back in the mists of time, Aradan ran an IC competition for someone to write a "Guide to Mikona". Just wondered if this is something that could be included under the Mikona section, as I thought it was well written and helped generate a sense of what Mikona is really like. I think I sent it to Orleron, but am not sure if he thought it suitable or not.

Would be a shame for the winner's hard work to go to waste.

PS I was thinking of re-running the competition for the other cities too - anyone think this is worthwhile?
