Love found on Avlis produces RL engagement!

It's a story out of a fantasy novel, right down to the swords and sorcery. Ashlynn and Faidyn met in character on a distant world orbiting a star in someone's imagination. Though their contact was innocent at first, their feelings were fostered in just the right way for them to expand out of that fantasy universe. Now, here on earth, Ashlynn and Faidyn have declared their love to one another and forged a real live engagement! It is my greatest pleasure yet to congratulate these two, and wish them all the best. This is the first recorded event of this kind to happen within the Avlis community, and possibly the NWN community as well. Congratulations to both of you! You've just made this world all the more worth the making.

As someone who has just been recently married I wish you as much joy and happiness as I have been fortunate enough to find over the past few years. Sometimes the most unexpected things produce the most amazing results...

I think this is just amazing.

Here I am, sitting all alone at my computer - just like Tony Hancock in 'The Radio Ham' - 'Friends all over the World - none in this Country, but Friends all over the World'.

Then, we hear of two people who played on Avlis - Roleplayed a meeting - and now they are Engaged.

Stunning.

although we still have no official go from the two we have one big item to talk about:
where?

We are about 150+ players.
We could do:
A) see if we can get a special server running for just the wedding
b) have an invitation only but then stream the log to irc.
