RPOTM July 2011 - RESULTS!!!

Post by Nighthawk4 » Mon Aug 08, 2011 7:33 pm

This just in:

Word is coming in of the results of our famous RPotM Competition.

There is no more significant award than that given by one's peers, so feel justly proud those who have been selected.

In First Place we have ..........

Fabello

As Runners-up we have a three-way tie. These are ...........

Arania Moonshadow
Kice Ansu
Linthel en'Atta Megil

Well done all four of you :prost:

We bow down before your shining example

:gott: :gott: :gott: :gott: :gott: :gott: :gott: :gott:

:laola: :laola: :laola: :laola: :laola: :laola: :laola: :laola:

By special request - at no extra charge - COMMENTS!!!

I always love getting a chance to rp with Moriand, and who doesn't love Clickie?

Kice can easily pull from your character emotions you've never felt before while role playing.

Del - Anyone that can get 5-10 people on every night just to walk in a circle around Ferrell and RP together is aces in my book.

Raney is always... always... a joy to play with.

Fergus is back with a vengeance.  He's the same but yet he's different -- and his brilliance this month is in the manner in which he showcases these subtleties.

A severely underestimated character in my estimation, Tessa is a simple joy to interact with.   She's bouncy and happy, she's your typical hin, but she's got a spine of steel under that smile and the determination of a person twice her size.

Honorable mention -- I don't care if Geris 'Grey can't win.  He's a force of nature and an entire onion's worth of layers.  Here's to many more that may or may not ever peel away.

Fabello and Xzar have both been extremely well played and foundational components of my characters good time here all month and even longer really.

Andrew and Aspen are extraordinarily played characters and always fun in a nearly unpredictable sense. Kudos to you both for been able to pulls off playing something so difficult so well.

Fabello: With a very lively wit, Fabello plays the very difficult role of a young, brash Romini to perfection.

Archibald Thel: Archibald's character has changed significantly over the years, from unbalanced, flamboyant, crazy chaotic to a more subtle, calm... yet no less flamboyant chaotic.

Thanks Raney, for keeping FEAT alive.

Sal the ultimate harsh teacher "Did I give you permission to die?"

Kice. So well played and not afraid to see through difficult choices .

Geris is a powerhouse in the land of RP and his puppeteer is a master at keeping the character fully entrenched in the role he has chosen to play.  Every encounter is a reminder of why I choose to log in and play here.

Deo is Avlis' best kept secret, and likes to keep herself that way... even if she won't admit it.

Arania Moonshadow still shakes the game up for me. Considering the embarrassingly large number of years we've played together, that is something special.

I continue to be astonished at how well Mika's concept is approached and portrayed. I enjoy every moment of RP I have with her, and always want more (even if my character's don't).

My game somehow revolves around Vintrinia Carnen, and that's a good thing. I love playing with her! I never get enough.

Clickie, I love you.

Rode has the distinct displeasure of being the only outspoken voice of law in a land of utter chaos. I absolutely love watching her, even if it's my character she's being outspoken towards.

Special DM shout out to Plethora, for being so incalculably awesome in so many ways. Thank you for busting your ass so hard (out of love) for so many people. I will send extra fruitcakes in thanks come this Xmas season! They'll show up around the same time as the extra popcorn tins, and the Charlie Brown Xmas tree. If you don't celebrate, too bad. You do this year!

Moriand makes me want to strip naked and howl at the moon.

There is no disguising the literal genius behind that which is Micah.  Were one to translate all the minor and major aspects of that character into material worth, one would end up with enough gold to buy half of Visimontium.

I give one Vote to Fabello because... LOOKOUT A TREE ALLIGATOR! *ninjavanishes*

Linthel, just for making me feel tense and uncomfortable too. Haha.

Xzar wanted me to reiterate that he is only raving those two people. The rest of you still have some work to do frankly. His words, not mine.
