So I still can not log into Avlis. I do not know why. I double checked that I have all the haks. Every time I log in my computer just freezes. ANy help would be ... um... helpful.

I was crashing when I first updated to the new haks. I emptied my hak folder and re-downloaded all the necessary haks from Javaforge. It works for me now.

I just dl'ed everything directly from Javaforge and put the haks in the haks and tlk in tlk and was done. Removed nothing. Bingo. All good on 2 different machines.

Easiest for me to just empty my hak folder. Then downloaded everything from the Wiki page.

avlis_ext_[5-9].hak are no longer needed, right? I trashed them but kept everything else for Arkaz and Hala.

They may be in the future. The .ext files are just placeholders for server-side stuff, so if you do need missing ones, they are only 1k each to grab again (though by the same argument, an extra k or two to keep them all isn't gonna hurt either).

Can someone please update teh wiki with this content? I accidentally deleted my haks this morning, and the wiki is incorrect now...

I just checked the wiki hak list, and it has the correct ones. Which ones, are incorrect?

Still a "coming soon" for the unified installer, dates attached to some files are misleading, and why do we have a giant table with check marks when the whole point now was that we don't have different haks per server anymore? All the boxes are checked...

Got rid of the table, fixed a few long url links and hopefully the main Javaforge link shouldn't get the access denied error with the new url format: http://wiki.avlis.org/Needed_files

As for your other points spool32:
1) Do we even have a unified installer in the works now, or is that waiting for a bug fix revision that is on the way (probably a question for MadK@)?
2) The modified dates on copapbaseitem.hak and copapheadhand.hak are needed because there is no revision system with the names on them, and they were updated along the way (Crash issues with the old doors hak show how important it is to have version numbers on the haks themselves *grumble, grumble*). How are the dates confusing?

ok.. please folks.. Rye has still trouble reaching his house and bar in Elysia..

cause everytime I try to logg into Elysia.. (or straight in, or with trans from the wild cause other servers work).. the game crashes.. though I can see the date and such written in jellow stating that the exp timer will reset jadajadajada.. but then the game just crashes..

please can someone help me out.. I checked and rechecked all the haks needed.. and it seems I have them all.. perhaps there's a link to another problem.. cause Rye's leather jacket.. you know the rain coat model.. it's show invisible to me as are some of the cloaks..
