Apply now at your local email client. Just send an email to staff@avlis.org, including a bribe of at least 10 x the annual salary of a DM and eventually, someone on the Team will send you an Application Form. Complete this in black ink, using a number 2 nib in your best fountain pen, and return it to the address quoted on the form (same as the one you used to request it).
We all read it and vote on whether the bribe was high enough and then cast the runes to see who should be hired - just like assigning Government Supply Contracts.
Then, perhaps you too could be sneaking around using an avatar with uber-powerful HiPsing and earning a huge salary like the rest of us. Of course, you won't actually get that salary, but you will be earning it.
