How are Ranged Touch Attacks calculated?

AC wise? I believe that it's the AC minus the bonus' from your armor.
Impossible is just a big word thrown around by small men who find it easier to in the world they've been given than to explore the power they have to change it. Impossible is not a fact. It's an opinion. Impossible is not declaration. It's a dare. Impossible is potential. Impossible is temporary.

Impossible is nothing.

If I remember it right, it's att+DEX (modifiers for range?) vs. 10+DEX+deflection. Basically, it's like ranged attack, but you only have to hit the other, so AC from armour, shield, etc., doesn't matter.

Almost....

It's: d20 + Dex vs 10 + Deflection AC + Dodge AC + Dex

The Dodge feat and all those nice Monk items that give Dodge bonuses, which is the only stackable AC bonus, help against Ranged Touch attacks.

Mobility doesn't help as that only counts against AoO.

With the Warlock in NWN2 Dex is going to be hugely important as AFAIK all of the attacking invocations are ranged touch attacks
