CoPaP and Universal Hak Paks?

Is there somewhere on the net to find a listing of what these contain? I was playing with the hak paks in toolset and cant quite figure out what they are adding to the toolset.

Use the hak editor that comes with NWN to open them up and peek inside.
Gilkin> ouch. how often do you roll a 20?
Cath> once every 20 rolls?
