Harvestable placeables

Ok, i did a cupple quick searches and couldn't find this so sorry if it's somewhere else in here. Anyway, i'm useless at scripting so i cant script this myself. I'm looking for a script that will spawn a particular item within a placeable's inventory every so many hrs, so that i get something similar to the avlis glow moss, wheat, etc etc. Has anyone got a script like this written handy that they could send me?
