Trade Fair Love

Post by Katroine » Mon Oct 20, 2014 1:55 pm

Thank you x a million for all the awesome fun this weekend.
Everyone was really great to roleplay with and I enjoyed every minute I was online!

Thank you x a million to the DMs who made it so fun with the decorations, the NPCs, the auctions, the random sellers and creatures. I would thank you individually but I am never sure who all is on!

I had such a good weekend and I hope everyone else did too.

I so wanted to be there, but we had our local (annual) Fall Festival going on. I made it on for a few minutes, then had to promptly log off because I was chauffeur for my niece and her friend that stayed the weekend. Glad to hear it was a lot of fun!

Thank everyone for the efforts. I was sad in the lack of costumes, thing Arcadia might have to bright the next costume box haha.
First trade faire I didn't buy one thing.... even with two characters.... was strange. Had some fun either way, I am also gutted I didn't get more time to enjoy it.

I had a great time listening to the auction participants and particularly the conversations that came after selling copies of a certain novel. Awesome all around!! Thanks for making it great, guys.

Good fun again.

Great to see so many people Roleplaying and enjoying themselves - and paying huge sums of money buying complete crap such wonderful and valuable items

Fun as always! :) Thanks especially to the DM's and to Gracie Dane for all the hard work!

Although it wasn't planned that way, I especially liked the keynote auction not being held until late Sunday night; that kept the faire going strong for several extra hours :) (Later than I was going strong, in fact!)

Was great fun and thanks to everyone for making it so. Player and DMs alike! And I thought Pia bought a ring at the auction. Just saying.

I think what I like about trade fairs is that they are very much their own unique entity of Avlis event and a breeding ground for great discussions and infamous moments. This was another weekend of trade fair made awesome by an abundance of player and DM creativity and drive :)

I had such a good time at the Fair with you all!
PC, NPC, DM, it was all fantastic. :prost:

I should say I did no work other than showing up on Friday to get the Fair going and staying until the bitter end on Sunday, Gorgon (please check in) started the ball rolling on this one.

I had a grand time! Everyone was great DM's and PC's alike. Gracie has such great presence that it did feel like she did a lot.

From Thursday all the way through till the end of the fair was fantastic!

Wish I could have spent more time. You guys were all great, as usual. 8 )

Thanks to everyone who played along with Silinde's tailoring stuff. Hell of a lot more fun than ... wands.
