GOOD LAWD! That was one heck of a Fair!
Thanks to everyone who helped to get it set up, the DM's for running some sweet events, and to the players for all of that superb RP.

Go Avlis!
Then you must reconcile yourself to the fact that something is always hurt by any change. If you do this, you will not be hurt yourself.

That was the first fair I ever really properly participated in, and it was much more awesome than I figured in advance. I think I also played way too much and slept too little, but I tried to miss as little as I could. I don't know why I thought these things are just trading for rich characters. Turns out it was one of the best Avlis experiences I've had ever so far.
Just a huge thank you to everyone I managed to meet!

This weekend was fantastic. I was really in dire need of an escape and Avlis provided that and much more. Everyone was amazing, all weekend.
I am grateful that Avlis (warts and all) and its denizens are always there when I need them.
Now that the Fair has ended, I hope some of this big numbers we saw stick around and log in for the less huge stuff too.

Loved it loved it loved it!
Loved the wheel of plushies, the crafting show, wood-off, having my stuff be a prize, great dm auctions, player shops, and all the wonderful customers who stopped by my stall for a chat.
Always my favourite time of year, Thanks!

All this and so much more, player crafted items as prizes and npc auction items, Grazby's craft-off's and the RP was just epic - loved every minute of it. One of the best fairs on record.

Huge thanks to everyone behind the scenes, and all the players who participated! Had a great time, though I wished I could've been on more. Loved all the imaginative gifts (PICKLE WAX!) and the usual great RP.

Can anyone tell me what the IG year is for this last trade fair? I can't access my logs at the moment.
Also, I put my rave in the RP rave thread but worth adding another post here too. It was great!

Your password must contain at least 8 letters, a capital, a plot, a protagonist with good character development, a twist, and a happy ending.

What a weekend it was! Every single character I logged in got sucked into some fun craziness (even the ones I wasn't looking for craziness with!) to the point I almost didn't get to run Fergus' shop! Everybody who was involved is awesome. DMs for captivating and fun events and auctions, players for awesome RP and fun haggling.
Special shout out to the gnomes pulling the levers behind the scenes making all the salacious books and fun item descriptions and updating modules with additional pretty decorations. Also special shout out to my new trade fair archnemesis Dameon. We will meet again.
It was the Lords and Ladies Faire, but it will go down in history as the Pile of Plushies fair.
