Whose work was this? It is one of my favourite paintings of all times and hells ... It's on the tip of my tongue but I can't recall the artist's name!

(What comes to mind is oddly enough Brom, but it ain't him).

That is the name in the properties, though I guess that may well be the real name of Lady Talia.

That portrait is included in one of the bazillion picture packs hosted by Avlis. I downloaded and installed them all. So, I see lots of interesting custom portraits. ;)
