Gamespy List Colors

Question about gamespy list of NWN servers.

Some are Red - which are password protected, and I can connect to these.

Some are Blue, which look to be not password protected, and I can connect to these.

Most are grey, and the connect button doesn't light up. Some show that they have players on them.

Does anyone know what the grey ones are and why can't they be selected?

Grey are those that have already updated.
