BUMP: Stuck on a death travel bug

It's been over three months since I reported this bug and would like to remind about it... When my character dies, he stays on the Death Travel, doesn't go to his Deathplane, and requires a DM assistance. Every single time. I know this is annoying to the DMs, fellow players and myself, so I took the liberty of reminding the Team about it. Thank you in advance. :)
