Post by cgruquet » Wed Jul 13, 2005 4:15 pm

Greetings every one,

I wanted to start learning the tool kit, so I could start designing houses, moduals and perhaps one day, a whole world, but I havent got a clue where to start.

If any one could help me out with links or tuturals of tips, it would be greatly apprciated.

Thank you.

this needs to be in the toolset discussion, but I'm afraid I can't help much, I don't know much about the scripting.

For coding help, you will need the scripting bible:

http://www.nwnlexicon.com/

The Lexicon also has useful tutorials and may be able to help you with the toolset. The builder section of the main NWN website has useful tutorials:

http://nwn.bioware.com/builders/

When in doubt, the folks on the Bio boards are very helpful and the search function there will likely net you answers to future questions.

There is something out there called The Builders Project. Search for it on the bioware forums.

I did some tutorials that I found at http://nwvault.ign.com/index2.shtml

They are linked to from the menu down the laft hand side I think, and are very good.
