Character portrait problem

I've found a great looking portrait of a red haired elf that I really like.
So much so that I decided to create a character based on that portrait.

I can select the portrait when I play the official campain but I just can't
seem to find it when I try to create the character on Avlis.

Is it so that for some reason not all portraits are available on Avlis?
Or is it just me who can't manage to find it? (Probably due to a fear of missspelling the deity name later

)
Could it be something wrong with the naming of the file?

This is really bugging me so I would be greatfull for any ideas on how to solve it.

you might want to state what folder all your portrait files are in. there needs to be 5 of them, all different sizes in your portrait folder. not sure why you get that problem but i know i've down loaded over 200 pics from NWN vault and have never had a problem.
