chat window font/text size

sorry if this has been asked previously, i have two comps, one i have connected to a tv because my monitor died...well it sucks having to struggle to make out dialogues with a tv's awful resolution...is there any way of increasing the size of the fonts of the text in the chat window

There is an option called "High Res Font" that uses a bigger and clearer font, that should help at least a little.
