Saving Throws on CHA

Is it possible to get all your saving throws to be based on your cha without taking a paladin class? Any other class or PrC that does it?

Blackguard

EDIT: And just to clarify - they add their positive CHA bonus, if any, to their saving throws. So a 14 CHA Blackguard/Paladin would get +2 to all saves. Paladins get this at lvl 1, bllackguards at lvl 2.

Neither Paladin or Blackguard Saves are BASED on Charisma, all they get is as described a bonus based on it.. but they also get the bonus based on the stats from which saves are derived.. i.e. dex/con/wis...derived isnt a good word for it since the saves come from a table and are not calculated based on a stat but are merely modified by that positive or negative bonus of that stat.
