A question about durations

How long do one round and one turn last? I just don't know that- I did do a google search and it yielded nothing.

A round lasts 6 seconds.

A turn consists of 10 rounds, so one minute in total.

An hour normally is 2 minutes but it is double in Avlis to 4 minutes.
