how to calculate Base attack and attack on char sheet
as above want to work out for future char development
I have a 6monk/5mage
monk BaB= +4
wiz BaB= +2
tot BaB= +6
monk Unarmed gets +4/+1
does this make an attack of +10/+7?
she also has weapon finesse with a dex of 16 making +3 to hit bonus
also has some gloves giving +1 attack bonus.
So to add all this up does this give
+14/+11 to hit where +14 is first attack and +11 is second attack
As a further note what should show on the character sheet as I think I just have +10/+7 showing
thanks

Here is a useful table : http://nwn.ufrealms.net/monk_table.php
A monk at 6th level has a +4/+1 BaB when fighting unarmed (or with kamas). Adding +2 from the wizard class and you have a +6/+3 base bonus.
Adding the rest of the bonuses you mention, you should have a total of +10/+7 attack bonus in unarmed combat.
But if the monk is not unarmed then he uses a different table to compute BaB (http://nwn.ufrealms.net/base_attack_bonus.php ), in which case you'd have a total of +10/+5 bonus, if I am not mistaken.

i see i think. So the unarmed attack does not exactly stack with the BaB when determining the actual attack. It is instead the BaB when using unarmed/kama
So at 6th monk
with kama/unarmed +4/+1 (is the +1 the flurry bonus?)
with other... +4
then add on the +2 for 5th wizard
with kama/unarmed +6/+3 (is the +3 the flurry bonus?)
with other... +6
and adding the other assorted bonuses of +4
actual attacks are
with kama/unarmed +10/+7 (is the +7 the flurry bonus?)
with other... +10
ok to add further to the melange
with +6 BaB in either form I should have a second attack (or 3 with flurry). What is the second attack bonus
*whoosh thump* nearly goes over my head

No, flurry has to be activated and the extra attack doesn't show up in the stats window (but the -2 to each do).beezel_bug wrote:i see i think. So the unarmed attack does not exactly stack with the BaB when determining the actual attack. It is instead the BaB when using unarmed/kama
