Arcane Archer?

I now meet the requirements for arcane archer but I was told that I needed a dm to open the optioin for me or some such. Could someone do this for me? Also I travel inbetween the planes aaaaalloooootttt. From hala to mystara and back to avlis in no certain order will the class still be open to me if I level up in one of those servers? or do I have to have it opened to me in all servers?

There's a scritped quest.

Ask IG or make an in character post.

Once you have a level of AA you can keep taking them.
