HoTU (UK version) campaign still single-player only?

Amazon delivered my copies of HoTU for me and the wife today, and I am looking all over the box to try and see where it says "single player only" and I'll be damned if I can see it. Judging from the bioware forums, the hope that they somehow managed to make it multiplayer compatible for the european release is just a pipe dream... Still, it's not mentioned on any of the exterior packaging for the game that it cannot be played through multiplayer the same way that the OC and SoU were.

Ah well, it's not like I expected to not have to work around it, but still. Nice to know that whoever is marketing Bioware's products in the UK isn't above misleading their customers. Of course, perhaps they just assume that anyone who is buying HoTU has visited the Bioware forums and knows about the campaign being single-player only already. Or more likely, they're hoping that the segment of their customers who were planning on buying HoTU expressly for playing it multiplayer will just suck it up when they find out.
