My copy of NWN did not survive a system restore so i need to install it again. Unfortunately my copy is an old one with the original disc and the two expansions on CD. So Installing NWN is a pain involving remembering three passwords and numerous disc swapping.
Can i buy NWN on DVD in the Uk and eliminate all the passwords/disc swapping ?
Thanks

Re: NWN on DVD ?
I'd recommend getting a Digital copy from GOG.
See this thread as they have special every so often. viewtopic.php?f=24&t=128423
If you have your old CDKeys, you can swap the generic ones that come with GOG by modifying the INI files.

Re: NWN on DVD ?
GOG are definitely the way to go. I seem to recall it installed from the three files directly to the latest version, so you just need the HAKs, TLK, etc. and your CDKeys.
Just a warning - do not use the default CDKeys provided by GOG online, as these are the same for every copy. You can email GOG and they will supply unique codes to use - or reuse your own if you still have those.
Incidentally, for some reason the GOG copy installs in a different file path than the original version, so this might cause problems if you try to use the original inifiles with the GOG version. Edit as appropriate just to import the correct keys and add the other options - prevent startup movies, windowed mode, logging, etc.
Good luck

Life is never as bad as you think it is, although that doesn't help at the time.
