1.69 patch issues

I've had recent laptop problems and had to remove several large files in order to sort things out. The craptop is looking fine thus far but I'm now in the process of reinstalling NWN and ultimately Avlis (yeah I know!)

Soo, I've jumped through this feiry hoop a few times but now my 1.69 patch that I had burned on to a DVD isn't playing and the few download sites I've tried get the job done but the patch won't work once DL'd

Any suggestions other than an itchy rope and a 6' drop?

I'd really like to make the Ferrell Trade Fayre.

I rebuilt just a couple of months ago and the HotU patch from there worked for me.
