Question about application.

Recently, I applied to Avlis and due to an oversight , forgetting my last name, my application was rejected. I reapplied rectifying the situation.

My current question is this, did my first denial put me out of consideration for admittance into Avlis? If so then I guess I shot myself in the foot?

AFAIK, an incomplete application does not count as an application at all. So I'd say give it another try. Since we're all volunteers here, I assume the people looking over these applications get quite a few to look at and if they're incomplete they get rejected without spending too much time on them.

We are not out to reject anyone out of hand, but an application does need to be complete to be considered appropriately.

If you leave out part of your name, the application is rejected - with a note to say you should reapply with your fullname. This rejection only means that the original application was not accepted.

You are very welcome to apply again.

Your first name would not be 'Wendy' would it?
