Help - Vista & Video Problems

I got a new laptop for business travel and it has Vista. I got NWN and all the Avlis haks installed. The video of characters is pretty bad even after I turned down all the settings. I'm sure I need a driver or something, but being a computer n00b I have no idea where to start.

HELP MEEEEEEEE!!!!! :?
