Epic Spell Focus

For Sinomi, I wouldn't even be considering Epic Spell Focus as level 21 feat... Improved Combat Casting would come first.

Empower spell it is. Thanks for all the advice. Please, no one tell me I should have chosen differently - I'll get "buyer's" remorse.

All the suggestions will still be taken into account at levels 23 and 24, whenever I get there.
