Do you have this exact order in your Custom Content tab of module properties?

all mod specific haks are after the universal hak.

Alright, I was missing a few haks, loaded them and those are in there now. I seem to have a lot more on the custom content tab, but it seems that they are not placable names, but long sentences of IC wording. Very wierd, I dont know if you know what I mean by that. Anyway, still no civilization dropdown.

Where do I upload tlk files? I did it once, but am having trouble now.

tlk files are attached on the same tab as the haks. its a smaller drop box below and to the right of the hak bit.

The module doesn't automatically build itself after you select a tlk so you have to do a module build after you fill in the tlk.

EUREKA! I got it! All I needed to do is add that tlk and build the mod and bingo, all those neet placable were revealed like magic.

Thanks! Now let me go pray for a few hours that I dont have another problem
