Feat, 5/+1, %immunity, and 5/- stack. no two of the same stack.
I've not seen the Epic Feats in action, but normal Barbarian Damage Reduction counts as Damage Reduction in Avlis.. eg if you have a stoneskin up, that will be eroded first before the Barb DR kicks in, from my own observations.
