Let's make him a get well soon card, with MS Paint in a patchwork quilt style.

Directions:

1. Download this jpg. It's a blank: http://i105.photobucket.com/albums/m229 ... /Quilt.jpg
2. Draw whatever message or picture you want to send Mark in the "blank."
3. Post your pic here, and I'll patchwork paste them all together into one large image.
4. The image can be printed out in Australia and given to Mark.

I went with 300x300 pixels. 200x200 seemed a little small. If you need a big space do 600x300.

Ready go.

EDIT: I'll slap a big "Get Well Soon" right in the middle of it all, so you can use your space for other stuff if you want :)
