How to get new heads?

Ok, this might be a stupid question, but ive seen elves and human walking around with crazy hairstyles, but-long hair etc, that you cant see when you scroll through the heads at character creation.

How do you get these?

Is this some post creation mod, or were some of the heads swapped or something whithout it showing up?

I appreciate any help.

Available at PC creation. But in general you should keep your override folder clean, as it causes lag. Just put the files in when you need to use them.

A related question:

At character creation, I had to put in some files for custom voices & portraits I believe.

Is it safe to pull these out now? The character's been around for a while now.

Problem is, if some people don't have the specific files for the head you choose, you could appear as a headless body. Sometimes happens when I see people with exotic heads.

They look headless. lol

yes, once the character is made, those overrides can be removed. In fact, its best to get rid of them to be sure everyone else is seeing the same thing you are
