This is one o' dem dere stacking questions..

Does GMW stack with Weapon Focus? Epic Weapon Focus?

Are enhancement bonus and attack bonus interchangable terms?

GMW WF and EWF all stack.

Enhancement does not stack with attack bonus on weapons. The greatest part supercedes the other form of bonus.

GMW does indeed stack with Weapon Focus and Epic Weapon Focus, since GMW improves the enchantment of a specifically enchanted weapon whereas the feats improve your character's ability with a any kind of weapon within a specific type.

For the purposes of going through damage reduction and for adding to your attack bonus, attack bonus/enhancement bonus can be considered interchangable. It's just EB adds to your damage as well.

Weapon focii and such stack with Attack Bonus.
