Character lighting question (Edited, was PC lighting..)

I just had a quick question about lighting... If you have 2 lights that are the same color and both 5m, is it additive, or will it just be like you only have 1 light of 5m?

One light I think.

Because I know if you put on robes that give 15m purple light, but then put on a hood that gives 5m green, the light would be 5m green. The light changes with the last light property item you equip.
