Crafting skills?

Post by Moredo » Mon Oct 24, 2005 3:03 am

Mirror, mirror on the wall, who's the best crafter in our world?
Blacksmithing - 1829 XP, Level 2
Carpentry - 349 XP, Level 1
Weaponcrafting - 1325 XP, Level 2
Alchemy - 801 XP, Level 1
Mining - 1380 XP, Level 2
Who's the best crafter out there? Any Epic ones?

Highest crafting level anyone has reached atm is lvl 17, and afaik, 2 people have that.

most crafting levels over all would probably be getting close to the 90 mark by now.

Are we planning to let Crafters become Epic Crafters when they get 20 lvls or so? I can see it now, me getting my 21st lvl in Alchemy and getting the Epic Alchemist Feat....

Some crafts allow for much higher levels than others. For example, I've got more blacksmith levels than my true craft as a tailor. 13 blacksmith is nothing compared to some of the folks out there, but having 11 in tailoring (soon to be 12) means much more to me. The only other craft I've worked on would be jewelry, and I gave up on that race at 10th for a few reasons.

I held off on doing much in any other crafts so I could have something new for an alt. I've been saying that for 2 years now, and one day I may actually try it :)
