The option that says I dont like death, when modifying armour, does that mean it becomes a plot item and travels with you to the death plane? Thanks in advance.

No, it just adds an attribute to your armor, it does not make it plot.

Ok thanks. I know all the other attributes, electricity, ect, but what does it add with the spoiler ingredient option?

Ive tried numerous times to get that reforger to work when using them spoiler ingredient to add the special property to my +2 gythanki full plate and evertime it says that i dont have enough of them. After about ten times of trying it kind of gets pointless. I had all th e money and the amount of ingredient he needs. I think the reforger is broke.

works fine. just hold onto the xxx only the armour gets put onto the forge

Armor in forge. Keep the xxx on your person. Try again.

Thats pretty odd you would keep the xxx on ya, instead of in the forge like when i added the cold protection the one time i did manage to get it to work.

You probably had enough materials on you, for him to use to add cold protection. Regardless of the type of material, he doesn't check the forge, he checks your inventory.
