I was looking around online and came accross a website talking about RL Kukris. there is 2 notches near the hilt of the blade right above the handle that some believe to be the representation of the female clit.

And as a weapon for close combat they are deadly (I have one sitting on the shelf behind me) - the Gurkhas are rightly feared

But then the Gurkhas would be rightly feared, were they armed with 3 inch pocket knives.
