copaptlk_3_4.tlk confusion

I am coming so close to figuring this out...What can I do about "missing copaptlk_3_4.tlk" error message?

Also some of the Avlis worlds say my CD key is unauthorized.

Make sure that the .tlk file isn't in your NWN hak folder (it should be in the tlk folder).

Don't know about the CD key.

Cep.tlk is indeed in the tlk file. Other possible solutions?

cep.tlk and copaptlk_3_4.tlk are two different .tlk files.

Yes, download copaptlk_3_4.tlk and put it in the same tlk file.
