Manticore spikes

Hi,

there is this item I have now that throws manticore spikes.

Does anyone know what the base damage of each one of those is?

Also if the ranged touch attack would include favored enemy damage for a ranger?

Or possibly where I could find out for sure, if it is unknown?

I've been using an item that does the same for a long time. I'm not sure, but I think it is 2d6 damage per spike, x2 on a critical. Probably does not add favored enemy damage.

Ah, ok, much appreciated.

Now that I have what the base damage would be, I will do a little testing and see if that favored enemy damage adds on or not.

Probably not, but hey why not cling to that glimmer of hope
