Which program should i use to create custom art for NWN. I am a begginer buider And i have set a couple of simple modules on my own using standar NWN content. Have a little duificulty understanding CEP.
How can i make and import lets say a sculpture for example?

I suggest you begin with some Tutorials that you can find in the bioware forums.

I PM'd Havoulov, but incase anyone else wants to know, just go to the Bioware forums and do a search for GMax and you will find lots of tips.
