Rogue immunity to sneak attack?

Rogue immunity to sneak attack?
Is it true that somewhere along the line Rogues are immune to sneak attacks from lower-level Rogues? Or am I imagining that entirely?
Thanks.
Thanks.

There's a PnP ruling that rogues can't use their uncanny dodge ability against higher level rogues.
As far as I know though, this does not happen in NWN, and sneak attack damage is dealt, regardless of the rogue level of the character that suffers from that attack.

Uncanny dodge 2 will grant you a sort of immunity to sneak attack from lower level rogues.
It will not work when flat footed, or knocked down, and a high enough level rogue can bypass it. In PnP, a rogue has to be 4 rogue levels higher then the rogue levels of the person they are attacking. I am unsure if this is true in NWN.
However I know there are alot of creatures that have sneak attack, that as long as Rhiss isn't flat footed, don't get sneak attacks against him. (Nanshi Warriors/Yeomen being the ones I most commonly see being denied their sneak attacks)

Hmm what does "Flat Footed" mean exactly in NWN?

It means you are caught unawares, as in sneaked, flanked, lying prone or caught in an attack of opportunity.
You used to lose your dodge and deflection AC if this was the case. Now, I believe you just lose your dodge bonus.
(I may be wrong on details. Feel free to correct.)

A test I did has made me believe for some reason, the level based immunity is backwards in NWN. While in PnP a 12th level rogue would be immune to sneaks from up to a 15th level rogue, in NWN they are immune to only 7 and lower. While that's quite a fumble programming wise, I can't say it's unexpected. I'll try and confirm this once I find a 7th level rogue to test it on. (I know 8th can sneak me)
