IM STUCK, someonehelp ASAP

dont know if this is the right forum but..My first time in chaos limbo deathplane...well made up, i like the idea, im assuming i just have to get to the bed to wake up, but nothings happening, been here 20mins.

am i missing something or is the programming going a bit screwy at the moment?

if i am missing something dont tell me WHAT(ooc info), just someone tell me if ive hit a bug or just being stupid.

a speedy reply would be appreciated.

i think this has likely become a problem, any authorative people reading this, the error message just appeared on the script:

well, it was elysia, but after about 1/2 hour i had to go to work so i just risked it and logged off, i logged back on, the deathplane was working, my body was still intact unlooted. Although i have lost all my better effects that i had equiped, im pretty sure they werent looted cos its only the equipped items that are mssing, and i had some pretty valuable stuff in my inventory thats still there. Such is life eh.

I seem to remember that there was a slight "trick" that you had to do in Limbo, like you had to click on the bed, or at the bed, or near the bed, or something... (OOC thing to do with the way the trigger was set up). Its not my death plane, so I can't help out, but I seem to remember this been discussed before.

Maybe a Limbo-expert can assist... for future reference

Hehehehe.... I cant see anthing wrong with changing your allignment for an easier deathplane!

I was clicking on the bed for ages, when i logged back on it worked first time...who knows what happened!

Bit of a kick in the balls, not the first timei lost loadsa equipment through something like this. Once i logged onto elysia, walked out of the start area( into that inn) and immediately got hit by 24 points of divine damage? who the hell deals out divine damage? well by the time i got back someone else had logged on and looted me dry! nothing left except 300gold cos id just invested in some hefty gear! i just took it with a HUGE pinch of salt and play it IC and have been a heathen church hater ever since.

But seriously has that happened to anyone else? was it some Dm watching me thinking 'Bwahaha die puny mortal'?

The divine damage thing is part of a scripted system to give you the same hitpoints as when you logged out (it saves your HP when you log and then when you log back in, you get Divine damage to take you back to that amount of HP). It is not supposed to kill you, but maybe if you were under the effect of endurance or extra temporary HP when you logged out ...? I thought all of that was well-tested though. I rarely use endurance or tempory HP so I can't say for certain.

Always best to rest or heal before you log, so you come back in one piece.

i had a similar problem with the bed today in elysia. I noticed when i moved just a little my character walked to the foot of the bed to trigger the way out. now if i only had a corpse to go find. seems everyone else in the party could not find my corpse anywhere.

well, despite the problems i experienced with it, i gotta say the limbo deathplane was excellent, i spent the first 5 mins thinking

'what the F*@k BALOR....'

then

'urgh whats going on ive polymorphed into a beast'

i certainly think it had the desired effect.
