Question about bonus feats

Can anyone please tell me why "Magical Marauder" the epic build on bioware website can have bouns feats at lv 21 and 26, 31, 36?

That's easy. Wizards get bonus feats every 5 levels. 21st level is 5th level wizard in that build, 26th is 10th, etc.
