CD Key Question

Before I get jumped on why I didn't do a search on this before posting....

I am at work and our filter does not allow me to hit bioware's site.

So with that out of the way....I currently own the following keys:

5 NWN
5 SoU
4 HoU

4 of these sets are being used by players which leaves my server with only valid NWN and SoU keys.

Will I need a valid HoU key to host a server that the 4 can connect to?

If so I'll need to pick up a HoU at lunch.

Only if you are hosting a HoU server.

What is the difference between a HoU 1.61 and SoU 1.61 server side? Not much.

We have not installed HotU yet, so my understanding is that only the first two (NWN and SoU) are required at present.

However, we will be updating to HotU in due course (after Patch 1.62 is released), so you will need it eventually.

If its a dedicated server, you don't need a CDKey for it.

Thanks, thats what I needed to know. So the ded server doesn't need a valid copy on it.

And I'm happy too because if you tally my keys I have a nice amount in this game LOL!!!
