And once again kiddies, this has been updated. Try looking here. As an extra special treat, feast your eyes on this bit from the readme:
What's new in this version:
- All new race-specific animations for Elves, Dwarves, Humans, Half-orcs and Halflings (no gnomes yet, sorry)
- Alternate animations now enabled for player-characters and custom NPC's (created with the modular body part system) only. No more kung-fu skeletons!!
As always, it's an unrar and dump the files into your Override directory. Anything suddenly seems to go wrong (I've not had it happen but it always could) then simply delete the files out of your Override and you're good to go. When doing the Bioware patch it frequently hits the Override directory, so if you update and these seem to go away just reinstall them into the Override.

Too bad aboiut potions... a round of "cheers" looked like the opening sequence to a kung-fu-flick :)
Agreed; this subtracts greatly from a an excellent Hak.

Though i dont understand why the NWN engine puts you in a battle stance when you drink a potion in the first place.

P.S thanks boss (scurv) ;) ; updated versions.
